Go Virtual Marketing has streamlined our website Re-design process over the years to assured our clients the best experience for their particular project from design, client support and after sale technical support.
Step 1
Book an Appointment
Click our Go Virtual (green) Button and schedule a day and time to meet online. We will call you or email you prior to meeting all needed forms to be filled out.
In this meeting we will discuss the information you have provided and what you would like to achieve.
Step 2
Need Assessment Forms
Based on the website Information from the form, we can better understand exactly what you require. This will allow us to give an accurate breakdown and precise time line to be completed. (Finalize Site map)
Step 3
Meet Online
We meet online to look together by sharing screens to view website examples to understand clearly what is expected and required to do. This is also a great time to discuss all things like types of galleries to use, layout structures and discussing how the site map will be put together to navigate the website.
Step 4
Formal Quote
After our online meeting we will have a clear understanding of what we need to do. We will compile the data collected from forms and meeting to put together a accurate formal quote listing all details and time lines to complete the project.
Step 5
50% Payment
To become a client we require a 50% deposit and a signed agreement (Proposal) to begin work. After you have faxed in your signed proposal and sent in your cheque we will begin to start working on the concept drawings of your website.
Step 6
Mockups / Prototypes
Architectural layout of site example ( 2-3 options)
The concepts are images and we meet clients online to modify the image until we get it just right. We repeat the process (architectural iteration) until the layout and usability goals are met.
(Approval from client needed)
Step 7
Development of web pages
After the website image in Mockups / Prototypes stage has been approved, we then create the website in full HTML (splicing pages) which means we open all the pages and connect the navigation of the website.
NOTE: After you approve the website layout it is difficult to make changes on the structure of the website as every page now has the change.
Step 8
Adding Content & Images
- Please provide content for all pages prior to this step. Many people drop the ball on this stage, if you need help with your content we can do it for you at an extra fee, as it needs to be writing by our content writer and then we send to you for your approved before we put the content on the website.
- Adding Images, I am sure you have images that you have collect over time but may require images on all pages and may need to get a few more which we can purchase for you. Each page always has a few images that is relative to the topic.
Step 9
Revisions & Testing
We go through all the pages with client to ensure all changes on each page have been completed and we have it just right. We review each page and test forms before going live. Once the client has seen a working demo and has no more revisions we then have a completed the website development stage. Client is then required to approved the work and sign off that we have completed the website and there is no more revisions.
Step 10
Final Payment
After we have received the final payment we will point the domain to the new hosting account so the website will be live for the world to see.
Launch Website
Go LIVE with the website and test the website's functionality again to ensure that the emails are working and all forms and contact page go to clients email.
